The online food delivery industry facilitates feeding people who don't want to go out to eat, especially in extreme weather.
By the end of last year, 209 million Chinese had ordered meals on food delivery apps, a figure that surged 83.7 percent year-on-year, according to a report released by the China Internet Network Information Center.
An early report from Xinhua News Agency said the daily order volume from three Chinese food delivery platforms, Eleme, Meituan and Baidu Waimai, was estimated at 20 million orders.
According to Eleme's data, here are the 10 universities where students ordered most from its app.
