With the autumn already underway, tourists can enjoy the unique fragrance of red leaves at the Red Leaves Valley in Jiaohe city, Northeast China's Jilin province. The valley, located at the west foot of Changbai Mountain, is filled with plentiful trees, such as maple, birch, larch and gingko trees. The leaves will gradually turn from a cardinal red into a gorgeous gold in the autumn. The mix of red and golden colors makes the valley look like massive waves rolling across a great sea. [Photo provided to chinadaily.com.cn]
