Global technology fair opens in Shanghai


Tailor-made clothes are usually labeled expensive and luxury, but 3D measuring solutions for clothes companies has reduced the price of a tailor-made suit to about 1,350 yuan ($200).
"High-end tailor-made clothes have a market of about 100 billion yuan in China at the moment," said Zhang Shu, president of Shanghai Chain Data Technology Co, a shoe and clothes intelligent solution provider.
According to Zhang, the company offers solutions to about 600 clothmakers across the nation, and it eyes the much broader tailor-made uniform business.
Intelligent pianos that will give a mark of the player for the music played and provide online courses by teachers from nine Chinese music schools are available in about 300 offline training centers of Sunland Information Technology (Shanghai).
