A star is Boury

Two-Michelin-starred Belgian chef Tim Boury will undertake a guest stint at the helm of the French-cuisine restaurant, Brasserie 1893, from Sept 4 to 7. Focusing on the use and balance of ingredients, Boury will bring a four-course lunch and a six-course dinner to the capital, which will include his signature Norwegian lobster.
