Historical spy thriller 'Saturday Fiction' set for December release

"Saturday Fiction", a black and white historical spy thriller set in Shanghai in 1941, is set for release in China on Dec 7, according to the China Film Distribution and Exhibition Association.
It stars Gong Li as a film and stage actress working undercover to gather intelligence for the Allies.
Directed by Lou Ye, the film, known as "Lan Xin Da Ju Yuan" in Chinese, made its world premiere at the Venice Film Festival in September.
