Workers culture plants of seed potatoes at the Xiangfeng Modern Circular Agricultural Park in Xiji county, Northwest China's Ningxia Hui autonomous region, Sept 9, 2020. The park employs 35 locals, including 15 who are on a list of poverty, with an annual payment of 36,000 yuan ($5,270.4). The park also hires temporary workers for busy seasons, with the peak employment of 320 people, including 58 on the list of poverty. The seasonal income is about 12,000 yuan per person.
