In 2019, Bamou was officially named as a national rural tourism village by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism and has found favor among tourists from neighboring areas.
Lin is optimistic about the future, noting that rural tourism offers things to eat and look at, and flowers and fruits to pick, all year around.
