Tote, a 2019 documentary by Mexico's indigenous filmmaker María Sojob, will close the film series. Winner of the Ambulante Award for Best Documentary at the 17th Morelia International Film Festival, Tote tells of María's attempt to get closer to her only grandfather, a blind old man, as she seeks to understand how love is lived in her Tzotzil culture.
