Zhang Xinyu, a member of the Legislative Council and a father of three children, has been traveling 100 kilometers a day across the city since late February, delivering health bags to residents' doorsteps.
"Sometimes we persist in doing a thing not because doing the thing is useful. Instead, we persist because it is our duty," he said.
