Ancient Chinese kallaite antiquities on display in Wuhan

An exhibition featuring ancient Chinese kallaite culture was unveiled on Tuesday at Panlongcheng Site Museum, Wuhan, Hubei province. A total of 165 pieces (sets) of kallaite artworks are on display, combining to take the audience on a journey of exploring the rich history of the beautiful gemstone. China is the first country in the world to use kallaite(also known as turquoise), which dates back to the early Neolithic Age.This is also the country's first exhibition centered on kallaite, which will run till May 21.[Photo/Xinhua]
