Breaking invisible barriers

Editor's notes: This is the second part of the data series for the fourth anniversary of the publication of the Outline Development Plan for the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. Since 2019, Hong Kong and Chinese mainland authorities have rolled out many progressive policies to deepen the collaboration of the 11-city cluster. Some of the policies are dedicated to removing institutional barriers and enabling talents to enjoy their lives and pursue their careers freely in the world-class bay area.
