Japanese teen flips the script on her rivals to claim skateboard park gold

Japan's Hinano Kusaki competes in the women's skateboard park final during the Hangzhou Asian Games on Monday. Kusaki, 15, beat two Chinese skaters to claim the gold medal in the competition, which also featured a 9-year-old competitor, Mazel Paris Alegado from the Philippines. In the men's park final, 15-year-old Team China skateboarder Chen Ye fended off the challenge from his Japanese rivals to win gold. Xinhua
