The fifth day of the first lunar month, known as Po Wu, literally "breaking five" in Chinese folk culture, signifies the breaking away of past constraints and the arrival of a new and better life. It is said to be the birthday of the God of Fortune, making it a day for welcoming prosperity. China Daily Multimedia invited foreign content creators and students from various countries to sing "May fortune be with you".
