Shandong offers faster business approval services to benefit entrepreneurs

On Feb 26, entrepreneur Liu Yuan visited a convenience service hall in Juancheng county, Shandong province, to apply for changes to his business license, aiming to expand his business.

At the Yanshi Town Convenience Service Hall, which provides a "one-stop" service at all windows, his application was handled promptly without the need to visit multiple windows. All procedures were completed at a single window.

The staff warmly received him, patiently answered his questions, and guided him through the submission of application materials via the "Love Shandong" app.

Within an hour, Liu received a brand new business license, saying happily: "It’s so convenient for us to handle our things now. The staff in the hall provided good services — and with high efficiency."

Chen Yuguo, who is charge of the service hall, said they will continue exploring innovative services, in a bid to optimize service details, and provide the public with better, more efficient and convenient services in all spheres.

In recent years, faster and efficient business approval services have been accelerated in Shandong, winning accolades from the residents.

Deng Zhaopeng, magistrate of Juancheng, which administers two sub-districts and 15 towns, promised in January that the county plans to better raise its high-quality and efficient administrative efficiency this year.
