Third Saudi-China Enterprises Forum strengthens bilateral cooperation

The 3rd Saudi-China Enterprises Forum was held in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia on Monday.
In his welcoming remarks, Ibrahim Al-Mubarak, Assistant Minister of the Saudi Ministry of Investment and CEO of the Saudi Investment Promotion Authority, said that Saudi Arabia and China have immense potential for cooperation in key areas such as technology, finance, sustainable development, healthcare, and urban construction. He emphasized that Saudi Arabia's economic transformation and optimized investment environment provide vast opportunities for collaboration between businesses from both countries.
Jean-Pierre Raffarin, former Prime Minister of France and Co-Chairman of the Sino-International Entrepreneurs Federation, highlighted the strategic partnership established between China and Saudi Arabia across multiple sectors. He noted that their cooperation not only promotes economic development in both countries but also injects new momentum into global economic growth.
Chang Hua, the Chinese Ambassador to Saudi Arabia, attended the forum.
Li Xiaojun, chairman of Guangzhou Pharmaceutical Holdings Limited, shared the path to deepening Sino-Saudi cooperation in healthcare and pharmaceuticals.
Xu Zongjun, Level I Bureau Rank Official of the Beijing Investment Promotion Service Center, introduced Beijing's strategic position and development potential as an investment destination, particularly highlighting its advantages in digitalization and green development.
The forum, jointly organized by the Sino-International Entrepreneurs Federation and the Saudi Ministry of Investment, attracted nearly 300 government officials, entrepreneurs, industry experts, and financial institution representatives from China and Saudi Arabia.
They explored the broad prospects of Sino-Saudi cooperation under the framework of "Saudi Vision 2030."
