Europe is facing a "once in a generation" moment for security, British Prime Minister Keir Starmer said on Sunday at a summit to discuss support and security of Ukraine.
Western leaders, including more than a dozen European heads of state and Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, attended the meeting in London.
Earlier, Starmer told the BBC that the UK and France will work with Ukraine to stop fighting and will discuss the plan with the US.
