The opening exhibition of Beijing's Art Museum of the Central Academy of Fine Arts is dedicated to the tradition of the facsimile, and the reasons for copying as part of learning and teaching art.

Chuanyi Moxie is a collection of copies of classic paintings and drawings made by teachers and students at the Central Academy of Fine Arts, some of which date back to the 1950s. The show is curated by Qiu Ting, who heads CAFA's Chinese painting department.
