On the occasion of the 40th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Bolivia, the reporter received a special task from the Ambassador of Bolivia to China: collecting 4 cards of Bolivian cultural elements to celebrate Bolivia's Oruro Carnival and receive a gift from the city of Oruro.?

The Oruro Carnival in Bolivia, recognized as an intangible cultural heritage by UNESCO, is a vibrant and culturally rich celebration filled with colorful costumes, traditional dances, and elaborate processions honoring the country's folklore and history.
