Hunan restaurant chain Chef Fei has new address in Sanlitun

Hunan cuisine restaurant chain Chef Fei opened a new location in Beijing's Sanlitun area, Chaoyang district, last weekend, bringing its total footprint in the capital to 33 stores. Each location continues to see strong demand, fueling a surge of enthusiasm for Hunan cuisine across the city.
The restaurant's signature dish, stir-fried pork with chili — a traditional Hunan specialty — has gained nationwide popularity and is a staple at nearly every table in Chef Fei's outlets.
Since opening its first Beijing store in Chaoyang district in June 2022, Chef Fei has rapidly expanded, establishing more than 30 directly operated locations in three years. The brand has announced plans for continued growth in the capital, with multiple new stores set to open in shopping malls in the coming months.
Beyond Beijing, Chef Fei is accelerating its national expansion, with new locations in the pipeline across first-tier and emerging first-tier cities. Notably, the brand will make its Sichuan debut around the May Day holiday, launching its first Chengdu store. The entry of Hunan cuisine into the Sichuan capital is expected to offer local diners an exciting new culinary experience.
