The International Computer Driving License (ICDL), an international not-for-profit organization, signed a deal with BOCOG to offer free training to 500,000 Olympic volunteers, as part of the efforts to fuel Beijing's "Technology Olympics" commitments.

ICDL aims to promote digital literacy by helping people enhance their skills in basic day-to-day computer applications.
