The Shanghai Stock Exchange (SSE) last Friday publicly rebuked two listed companies - Sichuan Dikang Science & Technology Pharmaceutical Industry Co Ltd and Sichuan Tianyi Science & Technology Co Ltd - for breaching information disclosure rules. The SSE said Dikang failed to disclose its misappropriation of 168.78 million yuan in company funds for personal use, and that several of the company's board members were unfit to hold their positions. The SSE also said the director of Tianyi's board failed to disclose the company's restructure planning and misled investors.
