Housing prices drop 0.9% year-on-year in Jan

Housing prices in China's 70 major cities fell 0.9 percent year-on-year in January, the National Development and Reform Commission said this morning.

Meanwhile, urban housing prices in January fell 0.2 percent compared with December.
