0Over 100 tons of pork imported from the United States in March contained clenbuterol, commonly known as "lean meat powder", Guangzhou Daily reported Tuesday, citing General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of China.
The products were returned and not sold in China, according to the watchdog, Guangzhou Daily reported.
Meat with "lean meat powder" may cause dizziness, cardiopalmus and even malignant tumors.
