Nutty magpie enjoys corporate hospitality

A magpie has made a home of a Qingdao office after employees lavished it with fine food and clean water.

The bird was first seen standing on the roof of a building opposite the office. Jia lured the bird over by dropping some broken peanuts on the windowsill. The next day, the bird unexpectedly appeared at the window and has returned for each of the five days since. Currently the bird has developed a taste for whatever Jia and her colleagues feed it and, in spare moments, enjoys jumping on Jia's head while she is working.
