A woman in Haikou, Hainan province, went under the knife to get her breasts enlarged, hoping to give her boyfriend a surprise recently.

Her boyfriend is now considering dumping her because one breast is visibly larger than the other. The hospital not only refunded the entire cost of the surgery to the woman, but also paid her 6,000 yuan.
