Positive signs on first day of nuke talks in Beijing By Hu Xiao and Qin Jize (China Daily) Updated: 2005-07-27 06:01

the talks. China met with all the other delegations, and the DPRK and the US
have had two one-on-one meetings since Monday.
"Frequent bilateral meetings should help solve a number of concrete issues
and would increase the efficiency of plenary sessions," Qin
said.
