億元別墅首現(xiàn)京城燕山

Luxury villas priced at RMB100m each have appeared for the first time in Beijing's real estate market. The 11 villas, each covering thousands of square meters, are located halfway up the Yanshan Mountains north of the city, overlooking the Ming Tomb Reservoir and a golf course. Three have been reserved so far.

每棟標價達億元的別墅項目最近亮相京城樓市。該項目共有11棟別墅，位于京北燕山的半山腰，每棟占地數(shù)千平方米。別墅可以俯瞰十三陵水庫和高爾夫球場等優(yōu)美景致。目前已有3棟被預訂。
