作者簡(jiǎn)介：星子，畢業(yè)于南京大學(xué)計(jì)算機(jī)系。1999 年移民加拿大從事電腦職業(yè)。自2003年開始寫詩(shī)，迄今有50多首中英文詩(shī)歌在海外發(fā)表。其英文詩(shī)集榮獲加拿大2005 年Ted Plantos 紀(jì)念獎(jiǎng)。獲獎(jiǎng)詩(shī)歌Toronto , No More Weeping 在加拿大國(guó)家電臺(tái)CBC 播放。2006 年，星子成為加拿大詩(shī)人聯(lián)盟二月詩(shī)人，安大略詩(shī)人協(xié)會(huì)會(huì)員，加拿大華語(yǔ)詩(shī)人協(xié)會(huì)理事。有英文詩(shī)集《 Jasmine Star Light 》《 Beyond My Knowing 》和中英詩(shī)合集《作別向日葵》。星子現(xiàn)住多倫多, 從事電腦工作。

Valentine day

You are supposed to buy a rose
in such pink atmosphere;
I wonder if roses bloom
only for us.
the store owner winks,
afterwards, you can return them.

With a little money,
I hold the rose' destination;
when the day passes,
who else will care her petals paled
somewhere else?

情人節(jié)

在如此浪漫的氛圍里，
注定你要買一束玫瑰；
只是我懷疑它們
為我們還是為自己開放。
花店老板沖我們眨眼，
過后，可以退貨。

只用了一點(diǎn)點(diǎn)錢，
我握著一束玫瑰的命運(yùn)。
情人節(jié)過后，
誰(shuí)還會(huì)嘆息她的花瓣
在哪里凋謝?

There Must Be Something

There must be something
upon the hill,
when crescent whispers to shadows,
trees stretch each tip,
and owls halt on the branches.

There must be something
in the breeze,
when misty May breathes fragrance,
windows half open,
and sunrays shed golden pattern.

There must be something
on the beach,
when sunset kisses the skyline,
waves twist with bubbles,
and sand embraces our footprints.

There must be something
beneath the snow,
when quiescence dominates mountains,
squirrels clutch pinecones,
and I watch you from a distance.

一定會(huì)有什么
在那高高的山崗上；
當(dāng)新月低語(yǔ)于陰影，
樹枝伸展它們的末梢，
貓頭鷹悄悄地停駐。

一定會(huì)有什么
在輕輕的微風(fēng)里；
當(dāng)潮濕的五月吐露芬芳，
窗口半開，
陽(yáng)光送進(jìn)金色的圖案。

一定會(huì)有什么
在軟軟的沙灘上；
當(dāng)日落吻別天邊，
波濤盤旋著泡沫，
細(xì)沙簇?fù)碇覀兊哪_印。

一定會(huì)有什么
在深深的積雪里；
當(dāng)寂靜籠罩著山巒，
松鼠緊緊抓住果核，
而我遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)地看著你。
