白金漢宮國(guó)宴都有啥？

主席訪英的第一天，參加了女王的私人午宴，參觀了白金漢宮里的中國(guó)文物皇家收藏館，在英國(guó)議會(huì)發(fā)表了演講，還喝了威廉王子請(qǐng)的下午茶……可謂行程滿滿，不過(guò)最重要的還是——國(guó)宴。

當(dāng)?shù)貢r(shí)間20日晚8點(diǎn)20分，習(xí)近平主席和夫人彭麗媛出席了由英女王和其丈夫菲利普親王主持的英國(guó)國(guó)宴，這是接待國(guó)家元首的最高規(guī)格盛宴。以下是全程報(bào)道。

晚宴開(kāi)始前，貴賓們?cè)谟?guó)國(guó)歌《天佑女王》的音樂(lè)中入場(chǎng)就座。

因?yàn)榱?xí)近平主席是非常重要的客人，他坐在了女王的右手邊，凱特王妃坐在習(xí)大大的右手邊，而女王的左手邊依次是愛(ài)丁堡公爵、彭麗媛、威廉王子。

女王在晚宴致辭中講述了皇室訪問(wèn)中國(guó)的美好回憶。

Prince Philip and I recall with great fondness our visit to China almost thirty years ago, where we were privileged to experience your country's rich history and culture, including the Great Wall, the Forbidden City and Terracotta Warriors; all unforgettable memories of China's ancient civilization.

First course: Fillet of West Coast Turbot with Lobster Mousse
第一道：多寶魚(yú)柳配龍蝦慕斯

Meat Course: Roasted Loin of Balmoral Venison with Madeira and truffle sauce
第二道：香烤Balmoral鹿里脊配馬德拉紅酒松露汁

Side dishes: Braised Red Cabbage, Cocotte Potatoes and Timbale of Celeriac and Butternut Squash
蔬菜：高湯燜紅包心菜，小鍋土豆，芹菜根南瓜塔

Dessert: Delice of Chocolate, Mango and Lime. Fruit platter

另外：配餐的酒，第一道和最后一道是英國(guó)產(chǎn)品。餐前第一杯香檳是Ridgeview Grosvenor Brut，英國(guó)產(chǎn)起泡酒。當(dāng)年為了慶賀威廉王子的第一個(gè)兒子喬治降生，也用的這款酒。

最后一道Warre's vintage port是傳統(tǒng)英國(guó)飯后烈酒——波特酒。

國(guó)宴進(jìn)行過(guò)程中，自然少不了音樂(lè)相伴。威塞克斯伯爵夫人弦樂(lè)團(tuán)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)帶來(lái)了《威斯敏斯特圓舞曲》（The Westminster Waltz）、愛(ài)爾蘭和中國(guó)民歌，以及甲殼蟲(chóng)樂(lè)隊(duì)的名曲“Eleanor Rigby”。音樂(lè)演出的壓軸曲目是1977年的《007系列之海底城》（The Spy Who Loved Me）的主題曲“Nobody Does It Better”。

在國(guó)宴之前，習(xí)近平主席和女王互贈(zèng)了禮物。習(xí)主席贈(zèng)予女王的是第一夫人彭麗媛的兩張中國(guó)民歌專輯（two albums of Chinese folk music recorded by the president’s wife Peng Liyuan）、1.8米長(zhǎng)的刺繡作品（a 1.18m work of embroidery）、一個(gè)大瓷盤(pán)（a large porcelain dish）、一副木雕作品（a woodcarving）以及一本郵冊(cè)（a stamp booklet）。

女王回贈(zèng)給習(xí)主席的禮物則包括：一幅銀質(zhì)畫(huà)框的女王與菲利普親王的肖像（a pair of silver-framed photographs of herself and Duke of Edinburgh）、一對(duì)英國(guó)皇冠德貝瓷制燭臺(tái)（a pair of Royal Crown Derby candlesticks）和皮質(zhì)鍍金盒裝的莎士比亞詩(shī)集（a collection of Shakespeare’s sonnets contained in a specially commissioned leather and gilt box）。
