10月26日至29日，黨的十八屆五中全會(huì)將在北京召開，研究關(guān)于制定國民經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)發(fā)展第十三個(gè)五年規(guī)劃的建議?；厥住笆濉?，成果豐碩，是實(shí)現(xiàn)第一個(gè)“百年目標(biāo)”的重要里程碑。

The Communist Party of China (CPC) will convene the fifth plenary session of its 18th Central Committee to outline the 13th Five-Year Plan (2016-2020) for national development on Monday. Under the leadership of the CPC, Chinese people have laid a firm foundation to accomplish the first Centenary Goal of comprehensively building a moderately prosperous society by 2020.
10月26日，中國共產(chǎn)黨將召開十八屆五中全會(huì)，制定國民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的十三五規(guī)劃。在中國共產(chǎn)黨的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下，中國人民已為實(shí)現(xiàn)第一個(gè)“百年目標(biāo)”，到2020年全面實(shí)現(xiàn)小康社會(huì)，奠定了堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。

“百年目標(biāo)”用Centenary Goal 表示，是黨的十八大提出的一項(xiàng)奮斗目標(biāo)。第一個(gè)百年目標(biāo)（the first Centenary Goal）指到中國共產(chǎn)黨成立一百年時(shí)，全面建成小康社會(huì)（build a moderately prosperous society），第二個(gè)百年目標(biāo)（the second Centenary Goal）是指到新中國成立100年時(shí)（2049年）建成富強(qiáng)、民主、文明、和諧的社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代化國家（build a modern socialist country that is prosperous, strong, democratic, culturally advanced and harmonious）。

26日，黨的十八屆五中全會(huì)（the Fifth Plenum of the 18th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China ）在北京召開，研究關(guān)于制定國民經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)發(fā)展第十三個(gè)五年規(guī)劃（13th Five-Year Plan ）的建議?；厥走^去五年，盡管國際社會(huì)環(huán)境復(fù)雜，中國在許多領(lǐng)域都取得重大進(jìn)展，經(jīng)濟(jì)穩(wěn)定增長（stable economic growth），社會(huì)和諧穩(wěn)定（harmonious and stable），改革成果顯著，為實(shí)現(xiàn)第一個(gè)百年計(jì)劃奠定了堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)（lay a firm foundation）。
