面對(duì)公共場(chǎng)所的某一個(gè)水管，無(wú)法立刻確定是該按壓還是旋轉(zhuǎn)它，望著通道前的一扇門(mén)，不知是應(yīng)推還是拉，拿著一個(gè)操作鍵眾多的電器遙控器卻無(wú)從下手……美國(guó)心理學(xué)家唐納德-諾曼將設(shè)計(jì)不佳，不利于用戶(hù)使用的物品，稱(chēng)為“諾曼”。所以那些讓人不知道是推還是拉才能打開(kāi)的門(mén)，被稱(chēng)為“諾曼門(mén)”。
