習(xí)近平G20演講“話(huà)創(chuàng)新”

2016年9月4日下午，二十國(guó)集團(tuán)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人杭州峰會(huì)開(kāi)幕，國(guó)家主席習(xí)近平出席并致辭，為世界經(jīng)濟(jì)開(kāi)出一劑標(biāo)本兼治、綜合施策的藥方，讓世界經(jīng)濟(jì)走上強(qiáng)勁、可持續(xù)、平衡、包容增長(zhǎng)之路。

習(xí)近平主席此次演講的題目是《構(gòu)建創(chuàng)新、活力、聯(lián)動(dòng)、包容的世界經(jīng)濟(jì)》（Building an innovative, invigorated, interconnected and inclusive world economy），正好也是本屆杭州峰會(huì)的主題。

In our response to the international financial crisis, counter-cyclical stimulus policies were adopted to iron out volatility in the economy. Although such an approach produced visible short-term results, it failed to address the root cause of the problem. We must explore new thinking. policies and means of development, and pay more attention to the quality and efficiency of growth. In particular, we should carry out structural reform in fiscal policies, taxation, finance, investment, competition, trade and employment, and combine macroeconomic policies with social policies in order to generate momentum for wealth creation, release the power of the market, and push for a transition from cyclical recovery to sustainable growth.

We should seize the opportunities, and make innovation-driven development and cultivation of new growth points the new priorities of G20 cooperation. We should make greater efforts on both supply and demand sides, accelerate the transition from old to new drivers of growth, work together to create new, effective and sustainable global demand, and set the direction for world economic growth.

In the face of these challenges, we should break a new path for growth and generate new growth momentum. The G20 should change its policy approach, and place equal importance on both short-term and mid-to-long term policies, on both demand-side management and supply-side reform.
