報(bào)道中的voucher就是引起臺(tái)灣民眾公憤的“禮券”，也可寫(xiě)成“gift voucher”。實(shí)質(zhì)上，在現(xiàn)實(shí)生活中，人們使用voucher的頻率相當(dāng)高，如員工的“飯票”、用來(lái)購(gòu)物的“購(gòu)物券”，這時(shí)，其英文的基本釋義是a certificate which is worth a certain monetary value，即我們常常言及的“代金券”。請(qǐng)看下面例句：
