勞動(dòng)與社會(huì)保障部表示，勞動(dòng)保障部將加快完善各項(xiàng)社會(huì)保障體系，繼續(xù)深化各種保險(xiǎn)制度改革，那么我們熟知的各類保險(xiǎn)包括養(yǎng)老，醫(yī)療，失業(yè)保險(xiǎn)等等，應(yīng)該怎么說呢？

As a result of aggressive campaigns to expand social security coverage, the number of Chinese covered by insurance against old age, medical problems, unemployment, work injuries and childbirth reached 196.76 million, 188.96 million, 114.73 million, 115.3 million and 73.27 million, respectively, by the end of last month.

據(jù)了解，截至9月底，全國基本養(yǎng)老保險(xiǎn)、基本醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)、失業(yè)保險(xiǎn)、工傷保險(xiǎn)和生育保險(xiǎn)參保人數(shù)分別達(dá)到19676萬人、18896萬人、11473萬人、11530萬人和7327萬人。作為宏觀調(diào)控約束性指標(biāo)，今年養(yǎng)老保險(xiǎn)參保目標(biāo)已超額完成。

基本養(yǎng)老保險(xiǎn)、基本醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)、失業(yè)保險(xiǎn)、工傷保險(xiǎn)和生育保險(xiǎn)可以說“insurance against old age, medical problems, unemployment, work injuries and childbirth”; 他們的“正名”分別為：養(yǎng)老保險(xiǎn)“endowment insurance”, 醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)“medical insurance”，失業(yè)保險(xiǎn)“unemployment insurance”，工傷保險(xiǎn)“work injury insurance”，生育保險(xiǎn)“childbirth insurance”。
