Man makes bomb hoax to shoo away noisy oldies

A man in Xiamen, Fujian province, was recently arrested for causing a bomb hoax in the building where he lives.

On being questioned, Cai said the oldies in the building created a lot of noise doing early morning exercises in the lobby.

On Aug 10, Cai phoned the security guard of the building, saying he had planted a bomb in the lobby. The guard immediately phoned the police, who evacuated the building, only to realize it was a hoax.
