A panel meeting on total quantity control of coal in China was?organizaed by the Natural Resources Defense Council on May 25.

Zhao Changwen, director-general, and Xu Zhaoyuan, associate research fellow, of the Research Department of Industrial Economy of the Development Research Center of the State Council (DRC) took part in the meeting.
