Pingnan plants pollution-free vegetables

A farmer plants seedlings in an intensified greenhouse in a vegetable demonstration park in Lingxia town, Pingnan county, on March 20.

Lingxia, a town in Fujian province’s Pingnan county, welcomed Fujian High-Mountain Agricultural Development Co, a technology-oriented enterprise, to help it build a demonstration park with modern planting facilities.

The greenhouses in the park are equipped with rain shelters, drip irrigation and fertilization.

The company has rented out the park with preferential policies to farmers nearby who plant high-quality vegetables, such as okra and cucumber, adhering to the company’s pollution-free standards.
