Pingnan teams up for pollution-free vegetable garden

Lingxia, a town in Fujian province’s Pingnan county, has teamed up with Fujian High-Mountain Agricultural Development Co, a technology-oriented enterprise, to build a 66,666-hectare demonstration base that will develop green, quality vegetables.

The base has included rain shelters, drip irrigation and fertilization technologies. Vegetables such as cauliflower, cucumber and eggplant are grown in adherence with pollution-free standards.
