A crackdown on fake agricultural resources has been launched by the local agricultural bureau in Pingtan county, Fujian province, in June.

The 100-day campaign is aimed at regulating the agricultural material market and beefing up security checks.

Any fake agricultural materials or prohibited agricultural inputs such as banned pesticides and veterinary drugs will be strictly dealt with to ensure the quality safety of the agricultural market, said Yang Chaochun, leader of the crackdown team.
