The Overseas Chinese Union Cadres of Ruzhou attended a lecture discussing pertinent social issues. The lecture was given by Zhou Xiaozheng, a professor in the department of society at Renmin University.

The lecture lasted for nearly three hours. It covered three topics, including political society, harmonious society and happy livelihoods. It not only reflected on history, but also explored the solutions to problems involved with development and reform.
