There is the 9th China National Readers Festival, a part of the much larger 26th National Book Expo, that got underway in the city of Baotou, Inner Mongolia, on July 28, bringing in celebrities, authors and scholars involving Yu Qiuyu, Yan Chongnian, Cai Zhizhong, and Cao Wenxuan to share thoughts with the audience on reading and writing.
