NETDA holds Women's Day Commendation Ceremony

NETDA held an International Women’s Day Commendation Ceremony on March 6. Ding Binghua – member of the Party work committee, secretary of the politics and law committee, and secretary of the discipline committee – attended the ceremony and made a speech. Fan Zhiqiang, member of the Party work committee, hosted the ceremony. Liu Feng, member of the Party work committee and head of the organization department, announced the commendation decisions for collectives and individuals with outstanding contributions.

NETDA made great efforts in women entrepreneurship assistance, children’s health and family civilization promotion last year. Several events, such as free physical examinations for female workers, were launched and developed. The Women’s Federation of NETDA was awarded as an advanced group several times last year and received 80,000 yuan ($12,864) as a provincial special subsidy for women and children work. The Women’s Federation of NETDA also received an individual recognition at the national level; three group recognitions and two individual recognitions at the provincial level; and 18 group recognitions and 36 individual recognitions at the city level.

Ding Binghua sent sincere greetings to women in NETDA. He said that women’s federations at all levels should try to promote service work, make progress in NETDA’s development, improve citizen service capability, and continuously promote the development of women’s work.
