Shinan district, Qingdao city, will promote construction of 58 projects that cover a total building area of 6.86 million square meters in 2013.

With a total investment of 116.2 billion yuan ($18.65 billion), this year’s construction goal consists of 10 newly-started projects, 13 projects to be completed this year, 20 continuing construction projects and 15 strategic projects.
