Shanghai Disney Resort unveils spring celebration with themed activities

Shanghai Disney Resort has announced a series of spring celebrations running from March 3 to May 31, featuring monthly themed events and seasonal attractions.

The resort will showcase over 200 varieties of flowers in bloom throughout the season. March will see tulips blooming, while April will feature cherry blossoms. In May, colorful roses will adorn the park. The flowers will also be used to make character-themed floral vistas, including displays of Mickey and Friends, Duffy, LinaBell, and more.

Disney characters debuted new spring costumes on Monday. The park's classic performance, Disney Color-Fest: A Street Party, returns with three-colored parade groups featuring Disney characters and dancers in red, yellow, and blue costumes.

March celebrates Disney Princesses Month and International Women's Day, with special tributes including a Minnie Mouse-themed floral display and special castle shows featuring Disney princesses. April focuses on Chip 'n' Dale's birthday and Winnie the Pooh-themed festivities, while May highlights Marvel superheroes and Zootopia-themed activities.
