美'僵尸'房超30萬套(圖)
A national survey found 301,874 "zombie" properties dotting the US landscape. The homeowners are in foreclosure (止贖) and have moved out, leaving the vacant properties susceptible to vandalism and degradation, Reuters reported. Florida tops the list of zombie properties with 90,556 vacant homes in foreclosure, according to a foreclosure inventory released by RealtyTrac, a real estate information company in California. Illinois and California ranked a distant 2nd and 3rd with 31,668 and 28,821 zombie properties, respectively, on the list.
