The Chinese People's Liberation Army (PLA) Navy sends its 12th batch of escort fleets to the Gulf of Aden and Somali waters from Zhoushan Port, East China’s Zhejiang province, July 3, 2012. The new fleet, the frigate Yiyang, the frigate Changzhou, and the supply ship Qiandaohu, will replace a flotilla previously sent on escort missions.
