Staff members from the Yinchuan Disabled Persons Federation help blind people with mobility and orientation training at Jade Emperor Pavilion Square in Yinchuan city, the capital of Ningxia Hui autonomous region, on May 14, 2013 to mark the 23rd National Day of Assisting Disabled Persons falling on May 19.
