A one-month-old panda cub undergoes a physical check at the Chimelong Safari Park in Guangzhou city, capital of South China's Guangdong province on Sep 1. The test showed the cub weighs 1.24 kg and stretches 23 cm, and the panda is healthy. The cub, whose gender has not been identified yet, was born through artificial breeding, and is the first one ever born in South China. [Photo/Xinhua] |
