Thirty-four representatives on behalf of 18 million women in Shaanxi province will participate in the Chinese women's 11th National Conference, which will be held in Beijing on Oct 28, China Daily learned on Friday.

Representatives between the ages of 29 to 59 were selected from all levels in the province, including governmental officials, workers, farmers, scientists, teachers, policewomen, PLA soldiers, businesswomen and athletes. They will share their experiences in their work with other representatives around the country in the conference, and will make an effort to further promote social and economic development for Chinese women.
