More than 5,000 runners took part in the 5k "Zebra Electric Run" at Taihu National Tourist Resort in Suzhou on July 16.
Local cyber celebrities were invited to run ahead to lead the squad. Participants dressed in red to symbolize speed and passion.
The event is already popular in 17 countries and over 550,000 people have taken part in the dazzling and thrilling night run around the world.
The event featured electronic music and neon lights, and was hosted by Meng Tian from America and Han Dongxiu from South Korea.
An afterparty was held after the race, which featured music from DJ Electronail from France and MC MAX.
